These terms cover your use of www.sqeakywheels.com and the Sqeaky Wheels record label's social media channels. Sqeaky Wheels is an independent record label based in Aotearoa New Zealand. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Our music and content. The music, artwork, photos, videos and text on this site and our channels belong to Sqeaky Wheels or our artists. You're welcome to share our posts and links, but please don't copy, sell or reuse our content without asking first.

Our social media tool. We use a social media scheduling tool, which we host ourselves, to publish posts to the label's own accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok and YouTube. It acts only on accounts the label owns or manages with the artist's permission. It doesn't post to anyone else's account or collect information about other users. Each platform's own terms also apply when you use it.

Mailing list. If you join our mailing list, we'll send you news about releases, gigs and our artists. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Links to other sites. We link to streaming services, ticket sellers and other sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or how they treat your information.

No guarantees. We do our best to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it as it is. Release dates, line-ups and events can change.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
